Acceptable Use #

Use Veltrixy lawfully, respect instructors and peers, and avoid harmful behavior. Unauthorized sharing of course materials is not allowed.

  • No harassment, hate speech, impersonation, or disruption during sessions.
  • No reverse engineering, scraping, automated access, or security circumvention.
  • Do not upload malware or content that infringes on intellectual property.
  • Respect classroom etiquette: be on time, keep audio/video rules, and follow instructions.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Enrollment #

When you enroll, you gain a personal, non-transferable license to access the course for the stated duration. Accounts are personal and should not be shared.

  • You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use paid services.
  • Keep your login secure; you are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Seats may be limited; placement is confirmed only after successful payment.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule or replace instructors with equivalent alternatives.

Payments #

Prices are displayed before checkout. Third-party processors handle transactions securely. veltrixy.click

  • All prices are shown inclusive or exclusive of taxes as indicated at checkout.
  • By submitting a payment, you authorize us to charge your selected method for the displayed amount.
  • Installments or subscriptions (if available) will bill on the stated schedule until canceled.
  • Chargebacks may result in account restriction; please contact support first to resolve issues.

Refunds #

If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days, contact support. Some exceptions may apply to completed or customized services.

  • Eligibility: first-time purchase of a course or plan unless otherwise stated.
  • Ineligible: fully completed courses, one-on-one sessions already delivered, or custom coaching.
  • Process: email support within 7 days with your order ID; approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
  • Timeline: refunds typically settle within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Liability #

Veltrixy is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our services to the maximum extent permitted by law.

  • Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind unless required by law.
  • Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the event.
  • We are not responsible for interruptions caused by events beyond our control.
  • Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions; your rights may vary.
